Vendor Terms & Conditions

By signing up as a vendor on VoaqStore, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Account Setup and Eligibility
   • To become a vendor, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Vendors must be individuals or businesses legally authorized to sell products in their respective jurisdiction.
   • VoaqStore reserves the right to reject or suspend vendor accounts that do not meet these criteria.
2. Product Listings
   • Vendors are responsible for creating accurate product listings, including descriptions, prices, and images. You must ensure that the products you list comply with local laws and VoaqStore’s product guidelines.
   • You may not list prohibited or restricted products as per our guidelines.
3. Fees and Payments
   • VoaqStore charges a service fee for using the platform, which will be clearly stated during the registration and listing process. The fee structure may change with prior notice.
   • Payments for products sold will be processed by VoaqStore’s payment gateway and will be transferred to the vendor’s account according to the agreed-upon payout schedule.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment
   • Vendors are responsible for handling their own shipping and fulfillment unless otherwise agreed with VoaqStore.
   • All products must be shipped within the time frame specified in the product listing. You must ensure accurate tracking information is provided for customer orders.
5. Customer Service and Dispute Resolution
   • Vendors are responsible for providing customer service related to their products. Any complaints or issues regarding product quality, shipping delays, or returns should be addressed promptly.
   • VoaqStore will assist in resolving disputes between vendors and customers where necessary.
6. Refunds and Returns
   • Vendors must have a clear refund and return policy, and products must meet VoaqStore's quality and safety standards.
   • If a customer requests a refund, the vendor must comply with VoaqStore’s return and refund policies.
7. Intellectual Property
   • You grant VoaqStore the right to use your product images, descriptions, and trademarks on the platform for promotional and operational purposes.
   • Vendors must ensure they own or have the legal right to use any content (images, descriptions, etc.) listed on the platform.
8. Termination
   • VoaqStore reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account at its sole discretion if there is a breach of these terms or any fraudulent activities.
   • Vendors may terminate their accounts at any time, but will remain responsible for fulfilling any pending orders.
9. Indemnification
   • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoaqStore from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the platform, including but not limited to product liability and legal violations.
10. Amendments
    • VoaqStore may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Vendors will be notified of changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
